Hey guys! 

I'm pretty new to this site and thought I'd throw a line out to see if there are any HML's out there. I'm looking to flip or do the "Brrr" method on some properties here in LA and the valley. I do have some rehab experience and currently own a rental. If anyone's interested get back to me.
