Books for Dummies

You know, I have been reading through tons and tons of material on this site since becoming a member. Maybe it is just me, having a hard time putting al of the different terminology together since I am getting it in bits and pieces. I was wondering though, does anyone know of some really good books that are more than just motivational or "investor mindset" reading? I am looking for some books that will really break down the jargon, and the processes and important business aspects of buying real estate. Specifically for buy and hold rental strategies and business information. Please let us all know if you have read anything that fits this description! Thanks!

Claude
