Improving credit score

My credit score is still fluctuating between 690 - 705. I pay off my credit bill in full every month, all my bills on time but I'm still staying around that score. I even increased my credit card limit last month.

I'm trying to apply for a conventional loan in the next 2 months.

Any tips or advice?
