Running the Numbers

All,

I graduated from college a year ago and I am currently 22 years old. Since I graduated, I have been reading and learning as much as I can on real estate. I am not even sure how I found BiggerPockets but I am thankful I did. I have been looking at properties in my college town to rent to college students. I have only listened to a handful of podcast because I only found BiggerPockets a few weeks ago. One saying that keeps being brought up is "you got to run the numbers." I was wondering if someone could lead me into a podcast that talks about how to run the numbers and what to look for on your first deal.
