Investing in Baltimore buy and hold
hi, I wanted your feedback on whether to buy a decent multi unit in Baltimore in a decent neighborhood for about $200,000. If I do that strategy, I would use bank financing or buy properties from the vacant to value properties in Baltimore. The vacant properties are going from anywhere from $4000 to $14,000. I would pay cash on that and borrow to do the rehab. I am looking to rent it out to section 8 or vouchers.
