Buying a 4plex with FHA

Hi!

I purchased a duplex a few years ago with an FHA loan and its been going great. That was my first property.

FHA allows you to buy up to a 4plex and lower but you have to live in one of the units for at least a year.

Here's my question:

I got married since then and want to get a 4plex. Can my wife use an FHA for her eventhough we're married? She has not purchased a property before.
