Making Offer Twice but Indaymac Bank's Agent doesn't present to the REO

First of all, we found a list property with a broker in CT.

I made an offer about 3 weeks ago, with listed agents (Seller's agent, as dual agent), she told me that they wanted highest and best offer, without any reply from bank. Then, I terminated her from my buyer 's agent.

A week later, I talked to a new agent. I put an new offer. List agent, again, they did not reply my offer. Anyway, I get addendum from seller's agent. Then, we know Indymac Bank owed the house.

Anyone can help me to contract to Indymac Bank REO Department directly?
