Please give any advice/tips that you have. I want to be a real estate investor however I dont know where to begin. The questions in my head consist of. 

1. How to get funds w/o a deal? 2. How to get a deal w/o a good realtor? 3. How to find a realtor w/o a portfolio? 4. How to build a portfolio w/o fund?
