17 Year's Old, Looking For Advice From Experienced And Wise
Before you go berserk, yes, I'm fully aware that I'm under the age of 18. I have under 1,000 dollars, and I'm motivated to start early in creating my life long adventure on investing, owning property, and such. I need help from the people who have failed and failed, but eventually succeeded. I want to know what to avoid, what to not do, and what to do. My game plan is to get 6,000 dollars before I turn the age of 18, which is about 8 months. What should I purchase for my first property? An Multi Family home? Do a flip in live with a not so high quality first house/apartment? All advice is welcome, thank you!
