Hello BiggerPockets Community,

New to the community,  in my late-50's and learning a lot about real estate. Going to figure this out! Curious if there are others that have entered real estate and your perspectives on how you have built your business in this season of life.

My interest is in identifying target properties, providing nice homes to families and securing income from rentals.

Thank you!

No, not until you die. There are investors that have made massive amounts capital in 5 yrs or less.
