Hello everyone, my name is Anthony Thomas. I am 24 years old and I play professional basketball abroad. I am just starting out in real estate and had a question. I am looking to purchase 2 properties straight out, no mortgage just cash. The question I have is with having bought these 2 property's in my name will I be able to utilize the Fha loan for a 1-4 unit property?? I know that I must be an owner occupant using the Fha, but with having the 2 rental properties will that make it hard for me to qualify for the fha loan being that it may look iffy already owning 2 homes. Thanks in advance guys.
