Which Self Directed IRA Trust Company do you use ?

I spoke with several on the phone today. Equity Trust and Trust Administration Company stood out as the best. I like the fact that Trust Admin is located close to my home in San Diego, but Equity Trust seems to be much bigger and several people on the internet have recommended them.

I will be using the account to rehab and sell about 3 residential properties per year.

Although fees are important, I also want a firm that moves quickly and is financially sound.

Entrust also looked attractive but they are very expensive versus the others.

Thanks !
