About the Attorney and Accountant... starting out.

I am reading The ABCs of Real Estate Investing of Ken McElRoy. One of the recommendation of 'It Takes a Team' chapter is to start with the attorney and the accountant.

The attorney is to help you setup your you business entity.

The accountant is for tax advises and other accounting stuff.

It really surprised me, I was expecting to start with the Real Estate Broker and go from there.

Should I setup a business entity before finding a property?
