I want to buy rental property. I was told I need to have a team that consists of an attorney a broker and a repairman is this true or is there more I should be looking for?

That team will kind of develop organically as you look for properties and talk to realtors.  I always am asking for recommendations of people to fill voids in my network.  Today I met a potential investor, he is a respiratory therapist helping me with a sleep issue.  I am meeting him for lunch next week to discuss him investing in my business.  Always talk to people about what you do, answer questions freely and people will help you.
