I want to buy rental property. I was told I need to have a team that consists of an attorney a broker and a repairman is this true or is there more I should be looking for?

I am looking to start investing in rental properties. I don't have a lot of money I do have a 401k and own a house I have a savings but nothing to write home about.I am aware that I might have to borrow cold cash in advice on where I should start?
