Investor asked about a property. Now what?

I found a few properties while going throughout my neighborhood recently for bird-dogging.

I introduced one of them to one of the investors I had spoken with before. I researched the property a bit to find the square feet, estimated price (whatever that is for), date built, and bed and bath size.

These I told the investor, as well as any miscellaneous information I had: such as whether the property was empty, why, and for how long.

Afterwards, the investor asked if I had any information and what I wanted him to do.

Is there any information I forgot to include?

Should I have given him the address? Or do I wait?

How should I reply?

Should I ask about a bird-dog agreement?

What steps would you take to move things forward in my position? What would you want if you were the investor working with me?

I thank you for your thoughts.
