Hi all,

I received a call from a very distressed seller. He thinks the house is in foreclosure. I can not find that property anywhere in any tax records.

But let's assume it is and thus we are dealing with a short sale.

Everyone says short sales are illegal to wholesale.

What are my options

the House ARV I think is about 150-160K and I think I can get the property for about 50K-70K

what are my options?
