I found a house for sale, For $200,000.  Its in an area that sells in the mid fours to start. I can only see the house from the outside.  Can I have someone ,or anyone's thoughts about this?  I was thinking even if i put $200,000 into it, I could still get $61,000 out. I have some back ground in construction, and no my way around a house, and I'm good with tools, not that i would  want to do the work my self.  just looking for some feed back. thanks
