Beginning Wholesaling

I've gathered plenty of information on getting started with my first few deals, and I know that the first step to generating leads would be marketing (bandit signs, business cards, etc.), but are there any other ways that I can find motivated sellers other than driving around looking for pre-foreclosure properties?
