Subject to existing mortgage

I have a few questions for you experienced subject to-ers out there.

  1. Have any of you used pre-forclosure listings on zillow to find leads?
  2. What is a good source or book that discusses how you can close a subject to deal?
  3. What's your favorite source for forms, what paper work is involved that's different than a whole sale?
  4. What is your favorite book on subject to deals in general?

Thanks a million from a Cheyenne WY nube!
