Hello,

I am currently trying to learn as much as I can about REI. I am a new resident in USA, so that makes me pretty new at having a credit score which is hard in helping me find financing. Back in my country my parents use to own a construction company, I used to love being on site, but I do not know a lot about construction. I know finance I work in investments (stock market- full time job). I would like to get some feedback on what could I do on getting financing on my future flips (no credit- working on it). I am 25 and I want by 30 to have a few rentals and a good amount of flips under my belt. My goal is to own apartment buildings and still keep my day job, while doing flips on the side.

Any feedback is welcome. Thanks !

Andreea
