Hello,

I am Jon from Covina and a newbie to real estate investing. I am here to read and listen to what others may share. I am interested in flipping properties- single family homes, for now. Still learning what this may entail and more. This will make it a very short intro indeed being a greenhorn to REI. Kind regards.
