Partner or Solo?
So I am going to start investing in real estate, that's been decided. Now the question is, do I want to partner up? Partnering up would allow for more opportunities quicker but profits would obviously be cut. I think I would rather invest alone but my eagerness to get things rolling has me questioning myself.
Any opinions? I'd like to hear from all partner/solo angles - spouse/handyman/solo/significant other/friend/
