Getting my own license or use a realtor.

Hi everyone!

I'm new to bigger pockets and recently started to explore the option of flipping houses / investing.

My question is for my first deal should I hire a real estate agent or wait it out until I get my own license? There are pros and cons to both so I'm looking for some opinions.

Thanks!

@Rashauna Hunter I woul dsuggest working with an agent while working on getting your own real estate license. It will help to have it in the long run. Also I would suggest networking with investors in your area to find a mentor.
