so, i have started working with an agent in the area im interested in and have found a few potentials. I assume that next step after running numbers to validate the purchase would be to get inside and make some estimates. on what is actually needed...THis is my actual question. Would you hire a general contractor for their  time to analyze the house with you? IF so, how might that conversation or search go?
