Hi everyone,

I thought I should introduce myself before I start asking annoying questions, you know?

My name is Kristina, I am very interested in pursuing real estate. I worked as a leasing agent for apartments for some time and realized I am darn good at sales and I love selling people a place to call home! (even temporary)

I was an assistant to a real estate group for 1 month and I loved it. I loved staying busy, I loved the idea of being your own boss and providing the customer serving YOU decide is the best for the customer etc.

Now, unfortunately I am an annoying perfectionist and it's driving me insane already and I really need your help. I'm trying to find an online school and even if I finally find something worth while, upon further research it's either a scam or has crappy teaching techniques. I know some of you might say classroom is better - no doubt. But I don't really have any actual real estate schools in Vancouver, wa...

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions/positive-negative experience?

I just want to get this thing going already!

Thanks for reading! :)

You just started school 14 hours ago...  I used to listen to a really really smart guy and he would tell this story of the smartest guy he knew...  this " super smart guy"  wasn't born with wealth and when his friends went to college he went to the NYC public libraries and would learn whatever he wanted every day for 5 years.. for not much $$....  you just started  :)  good job.. be your word and laugh lots
