Buy and Hold or Rental Focused Website

I'm about to close on my first deal, and i'm incredibly pumped. Scheduled to close next week. I've taken it rather serious that I'm going to start my REI adventure as a business and not a hobby. As such, I've setup systems to support my portfolio when I have a larger portfolio. Including a website.

My goal for the company is to be a buy and hold real estate investor. We might dabble in flips from time to time, but our primary goal is BRRR. I believe that a website is needed because EVERYONE googles a company they do business with. Even renting. My question to the group is this... Should my website be about my rentals or about my buy and hold.

My business model includes utilizing a PM company, so marketing isn't a concern.  But how do you all think tenants would react to finding a website that was focused on revitalizing properties and renting?
