Seeking a mentor in Austin, TX area

Greetings all. I am within about 6 months from moving to the Austin area where I will become a full time student for about a year while I finish my Bachelors in Finance. During that year I would like to invest in my first rental property, a multi-family to be more specific. I am looking for someone to help me along the way with my first, and maybe my second or third properties to make sure I don't make any catastrophic mistakes and to help me learn the area a little better. I'm also looking for recommendations for Property Managers in the Austin and Killeen area as well as general contractors, brokers, agents (that also do REI) and really anything that anyone can think of that would be beneficial for me to know. I look forward to hearing from everyone.

Thanks in Advance,

Evan
