Putting together a deal

Hey guys,

I have been interested in getting into RE for about 3 years. My full time job is in the hotel field and have made a lot of great friends who own hotels and have ... Big Pockets. I do not know much about the process of developing, IE modeling, renovating, underwriting, etc. I have GREAT connections and want to monetize those so I can get sweat equity, but more over, learn how it all works.

What are some ways to acquire sweat equity and how do you value it?
