Buying multiple conventional loans in succession

Hey guys, I am starting out and am looking to use my VA loan, then buy two duplexes/triplexes after. How long will I have to wait typically after the loan is taken out before I can pick up another loan? Is it two months of payments on the VA property to show that its cashflowing?
