Looking for agent assisted purchase

Just moved to the West Palm Beach area and am looking to hook up with a real estate agent that knows the area and is HUNGRY! My plan is to pick up a multi unit for cash that I can live in and rent the other unit(s). I would like to then take out equity and get second property. Any agents or referrals to agents can inbox me. All help us welcome.
