Chicago Title Companies

Hello every one, I recently moved to Chicago and am looking for a investor friendly title company.

That does simultaneous/double closing and that also does free title searches. Can any of you recommend a company? I just locked up my first seller contract today and am trying to find a good title company asap so that I can start marketing it to investors. Thank you so much for your help.
