Real Estate Licensing Questions - Minnesota
So here's something I'm a little perplexed about. I've been listening to the podcasts, and about 90% of the guests say getting a real estate license is worth it. I think that makes a lot of sense, and because I have time on my side I figured I might as well take the courses, test, etc.
BUT...in Minnesota it seems to get the license you need to work for an agency or be a broker. I want to keep my job, and I don't want to be an agent. Is there anyway around this, or am I missing something?

No you have to work for a managing broker until you have 3 years experience. Most of the shops around town will take you on no problem. I just got my license finalized yesterday and joined Keller Williams Northwest Classic Realty in Maple Grove. If you'd like info on KW just let me know.
