co-wholesaling

hey guys, So as a Canadian investor i find myself hitting a few road block in terms of creating relationships with other investors. Being in my own country i still have this crazy ambition to get started, if theirs anyone who has done co-wholesale deals in the past who may be in a similar position i am i would love a little advice. The only road block i'v run into is mainly not being able to meet in the areas i am investing. would most investors be okay with someone like me helping them co-wholesale even though i'm out of the country?
