Looking to begin investing in Baltimore County...

Hey BP Investors,

I am looking to begin working investment deals in the Baltimore county (maybe certain areas within the city limits).  I am hoping someone could recommend a good realtor that is aware of the good areas that are up and coming along with very familiar with the areas to stay away from.  Any recommendations would be great!
