Hi, I am from New York and I am 18 years old looking to do my first wholesale deal. I have no idea how to find or get represented by a investor friendly title company and how much i have to pay. Please HELP!

That would only be relevant if you're closing on the property first.  A "double closing" as they say.  Otherwise, you are assigning the contract to the purchaser and she will use her own title company for the closing.

If on the other hand, you are ordering title prior to or shortly after entering into contract, you might want to compel the Purchaser to use your title company as a way of getting the title company reimbursed.  If you are looking for an investor friendly title company in New York City, I recommend Millennium Abstract Corp.
