Clarification needed...
I hope I’m not asking too much, but I was wondering if someone can explain in detail the following terms I’ve heard before: Bird dogging (I thought this was a joke when I heard this term), flipping and wholesaling.
Also, if for the time being available capital were an issue, which would YOU choose to do based off of what you know about them?
