Your License

I thought I would drop a line to all you licensed people here in Jax's.  I have worked in Jax's for over 15 years and have owned my own real estate company for over 10 years.  I have been an investor for over 30 years.  My niche has been investing on every side, from single family homes all the way to purchasing, rehabbing and sight sales teams on condo conversions of up to 320 units.

If you need a place to hang your license, especially working with investors, we could collaborate, and work toward the common goal of this special niche.  I charge no fees and you keep 95% of all you do.

For investors you have the option to work with them in whatever capacity that makes since to the people you are working with.  If you are getting paid a percentage of the Net after the sale, or a 2% fee on the sale, whatever works for you and your investors.  Be creative.

Let me know if you have any interest and I would be glad to connect with you even if you just want to connect and not move your license.

Best regards

Scott
