hello everyone im new here. i went to a seminar and they talked about wholesale real state i did my  research and i feel very pasionate about it i tried to gather info on my own but i feel its not enough imy question is how con i get the purchase of sale agreement and  the assignment contract and finally thememorandum of contract ? i do not know where to go and get it or where do i buy it.
