Hello Bigger pockets I am a new real estate agent in Michigan I just got my license and I am on board to work for Keller Williams. I am a little worried that I wont be taken seriously because I am only 18 and I look young in the face, My question is how would I go about marketing when I am so young and have a really young voice lol. What would be some great advice/ marketing tips?

I want to start out as a listing agent.

In all seriousness it probably won't be a huge issue. Just be honest if someone asks about your experience. Doing listing agent work you're going to have to really dig in if you want to make this work. I would looking into direct mail. Be prepared to dig through expired listings. Also keep an eye out for deals on your local MLS. Every now and then a home run investment deal will pop up.
