Hello everyone!

I wanted to introduce myself and connect and learn from like minded individuals on BP.

A little about me: I am a partner and realtor at a loss mitigation firm and we come across short sales / distressed borrowers all around the nation. These homes are primarily SFR and some are multi units.

As far as real estate investing, I have been involved in rehab projects local to me (Los Angeles area) and own a few duplexes (Section 8 Tenants) out of state ( MO ).

Question: Does anyone here Syndicate single family residences?

I come across and have direct access to these short sales across the nation and I know I am missing out from an investment standpoint on many of these deals that cross my desk. I'm looking to create relationships to capitalize on more of these transactions.

I'd love to learn more about you all and learn from you in any ways you feel we can connect.
