why is someone that is loosing their bankruptcy protection a "motivated seller" ?
I was reading an article talking about how potential sellers who are in bankruptcy protection but are about to fall out of protection, are most likely motivated sellers. Why is this ? If someone is going to sell their house to you and loose it all, whats the difference between that and just letting the bank have it ?
