Hi everyone. I'm a newbie investor and I just joined this site.

I POUR over investing materials and courses and I'm just confused at this point.

I'm starting out as a wholesaler and want to look for motivated sellers but I'm working with limited funds.

What's teh BEST way to attract as many motivated sellers a possible? Bandit signs (heard it was illegal), craigslist (no luck with it for 1 month), newspapers, car magnets....

Any advice from all the seasoned investors would be GREATLY appreciated. :D
