I'm looking into buying my first property but before I do I want to make sure I have all the information to be successful.  Below is my checklist of everything I can think of to take into consideration but any recommendations are welcome.

New Investor Starting Checklist:

1.   Lease Agreement

2.   Local Tenant/Landlord laws

3.   Tax rules/CPA

4.   Filing system for keeping track of expenses and profits

6.   Repairmen

7.   City Property Tax
