Hi BP! I've been studying up alot lately on using FHA insured mortgages for investing. I gotta admit I've learned some pretty nifty terms... like "House Hacking." There's been tons of awesome advice and ideas coming my way from the community and I appreciate it. So, long story short, I think I have developed a strategy to get started. Since there are no 2 to 4 unit properties currently available in my area, the old lady and I are gonna attack a live in flip. She found the house and I've been communicating with the realtor and have set up to view it tomorrow. I'll keep everyone posted on things as they develope. Wish me luck!
