How is everyone? My name is Andre. I own a duplex with enough land to build a four plex. My question is How much would it cost to build a 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom Four Plex in Houston Texas. Thanks

That is a good question. It depends. But you should plan for around 100$ per square ft.
