I am going to be starting my first mail campaign in a few weeks. I am curious what methods have had a higher rate of success for others. I will be purchasing and printing the leads myself. Is there a specific design method besides yellow letter that anyone has had success with?

Absolutely send a campaign. Consistency is key. Sending a different marketing piece 3-5 weeks apart is ideal. You will continue to show your interest in the property but won't be over doing it.
