Lease Agreement

I am trying to come up with my first lease agreement. I have a standard Resedential Rental Contract Agreement, but I want to add onto it and am not sure how or if I even can. I want a more customized agreement then the standard one found online. Is there a place I am able to do so? Thanks in advance!

I use ezlandlord.com it's a great site and will walk you through all the steps and you can add things as you wish.
