Financing in Tulsa
Good morning BP!
I am a new investor in Tulsa, OK - My wife and I are looking to fund our first flip. I was laid off from my energy sector job a few weeks ago and have decided to devote full time to this venture that has been on my heart and mind for as long as I can remember. We have about $25,000 cash, we both have 750+ credit scores and my wife works full time and making 100,000 + per year.
I would like to find a local bank to do a rehab loan - is this an option with no job and no experience or will I need to partner or go with hard money? I am also looking at sites like Funding-For-Flipping but have not heard back from them as of yet.
I am in the preliminary stages, but I need to get out there and do a deal!
Any advice would be appreciated!!
