Should I immediately start a business?
Alright BP, I've got another question for everyone. I just bought my first rental and plan on buying many more. Do you recommend starting an LLC as a holding company for all my rentals right now, or should I wait until I start making money from real estate?
The pros I see for starting an LLC now are:
-Legal Protection
-Builds trust/credibility
The only con I could see is:
-Up front cost (I could use the money towards another property instead)
